General Principles

Members of the Rosevelt Soccer Club will aspire to live up to the following General Principles:

1. We will be good teammates.

We will contribute our greatest efforts to the program's General Principles, we will clearly communicate
with our teammates, we will give our teammates positive reinforcement when they succeed, and we
will give our teammates constructive criticism when they err.

We will live up to the program's General Principles each day.

2. We will positively represent Rosevelt SC on the field.

We will positively represent the Rosevelt Soccer Club on the soccer field by demonstrating respect for
game officials, our opponents, our opponents' supporters, and other members of the general public.

We will avoid earning a caution or ejection from a game for
                    unsportsmanlike and/or disrespectful behavior.

3. We will positively represent Rosevelt SC off the field.

We will positively represent the Rosevelt Soccer Club off the field by giving back to our communities in
the form of public service.

We will collectively devote at least 75 hours toward public service.

4. We will demonstrate commitment to our academics.

We recognize our performance inside the classroom is more important than our performance on the
soccer field, so we will strive to achieve the academic success that will help us improve ourselves, our
communities, and our quality of life.

We will strive to achieve at least "C" grades and/or demonstrate
proficiency in each of our classes.
